Supplime was established in 2019, just before the world was about to be hit by the Covid pandemic, which fundamentally disrupted global supply chains. Lockdowns and consumer spending behavior at first caused trade imbalances and a drop in demand for products, followed by a radical shift from brick-and-mortar to e-commerce spending.
In our practice we witnessed SME’s and Corporates struggle with the ripple effect on their supply chains and we supported them to deal with the new normal: finding new delivery channels, setting up and managing remote teams and helping entrepreneurs to cope with the sudden shift in demand.
We supported Corporate customers like Philips and MSD to optimize their warehousing and distribution footprint, significantly reducing spend and improving service levels at the same time.
